Mandatory academic requirements and schedule
The minimum attendance required by the University to become eligible for university examinations is 80% in each subject and in both theory and practicals separately. Students are strongly advised to attend all lectures and practicals regularly. Annual examination forms of students with less than 80% attendance may be withheld, and the Principal reserves all rights to refuse.
Classes and lectures commence on the first day itself, even if annual examination results are not yet declared. Regular college hours are from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Attendance is marked at every lecture and practical session from day one.
All students must realize that they are the guardians of this institution and their conduct should at all times reflect their legitimate pride in their College and all it stands for. Students should remember that they are expected to learn far more at college than just how to pass their examinations—building character, professional ethics, and respect for peers and teachers.
Admissions are subject to university rules and approved based on criteria and original document submissions.
Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. Students withdrawing are liable to pay full course fees to get released. Timely fee payment is mandatory; delays attract penalties.
Formal dress code is mandatory during college hours. Students must carry and present their ID cards whenever requested by authorities.
Cell phones are strictly prohibited in classrooms and hospital premises during working hours. Confiscation and fines apply if found.
Absence requires written leave applications to the Principal. Medical certificates must be submitted on demand for health-related leaves.
Silence zones must be maintained. Ragging, harassment, unauthorized collection of money, or unapproved meetings mean instant dismissal.
Strict silence must be maintained in the hostel. Rooms, bathrooms, and toilets must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
Smoking, chewing tobacco, consuming alcoholic drinks, and sedatives are strictly prohibited. Violators face immediate dismissal.
Students must report to the warden before 7:00 P.M. (boys) and 6:00 P.M. (girls). No outside visitors are permitted in rooms.
